"Being first time home-buyers we largely relied on the recommendations of friends and family who recommended Nathan Mol. We had expected a fairly quick transaction on a home we had found on our own, but it ultimately turned into a year long exercise during a period in which the market demand skyrocketed. Nathan stuck with us during some challenging multiple offer situations and his honesty and patience with regard to the challenges of the market conditions were valuable and much appreciated. Similarly, his perspectives were extremely helpful in making many of the decisions were faced with during the entire process.
Both Nathan and Kylie worked long hours on multiple offers, some with challenging circumstances, to complete offers and fill out the necessary paperwork. Nathan was there to help with inspections, including going above and beyond in finding a ladder for a forgetful inspector in one instance. His knowledge of the areas we were most interested in was very valuable, as were his insights into the specific characteristics of individual homes we looked at.
