He wanted us to consider the property carefully and did not pressure us or rush the sale. We felt we were going into this deal with our eyes open and no surprises. Documents were exchanged in a timely manner and easy to complete. We would use Zachary again if we were to purchase another house, however he just helped us purchase our dream home and we can’t see ourselves moving anytime soon!"
