"Tina Parker is amazing, she’s quick which is needed in today’s market. She knows her job inside and out and even if she doesn’t have the answer she can get it in no time. Not only was she a perfect match for us she was a perfect fit for first time home buyers. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice and well informed. She identified items we didn’t even see in the house and when it came time to put our package together she did it in record time, pressure did not phase Tina in one bit and she delivered, in fact the sellers chose our package because of what Tina compiled. "Tina has an unusual and rare blend of skills in that she is casual, relaxed and approachable (helpful skills for calming nervous home sellers) on the one hand, while being a deadline-meeting, organized, meticulous force of nature on the other. I was a reluctant, nervous wreck when I started this journey of selling my home. But Tina, somehow, made the process seem - almost - fun and enjoyable. Tina's outward level of chill combined with a deep knowledge and expertise as realtor, home stager and author allowed us to list, show and sell our house in less than one month. "We spoke to Tina Parker after we left a message on her Cell, ( she called us, myself and my son back within 5 minutes of leaving a message) and we were quite impressed with her answers to our questions. Not once did she ever hesitate to find out an answer if she wasn’t sure and was on call to us 7 days a week. She helped us in so many ways, I only wish I had met her before I had Viewpoint Reality sell my home, that was not a good experience at all. If the occasion ever arises again to sell or purchase a home it is Tina Parker I will be in touch with. That is my promise and guarantee, as far as I’m concerned, there should be more Tina Parkers out there for people going through this phase of their life.

"Tina Parker was amazing to deal with, we had an unusual situation as my husband was in Hospital and we were buying in a city that is not where we currently live. Tina went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible, given our circumstances. She made trips to the hospital to pick us up for viewing, came to pick up documents from us. She rearranged schedules so my husband could get to view the property, and gave us trustworthy contacts, as we are from out of town. She was always accessible, day, evenings and weekends. "If your looking for someone who will help you get your house ready for Market, Tina is definitely your biggest asset. We had met with a couple of agents and they really didn't give us a lot of advice. Tina hit the ground running went through every room in the house with recommendations for quick fixes and suggestions for larger improvements. She helped with staging and was right in the middle of picture taking, sleeves rolled up ready to help. Our house literally sold the day we put it on the market at asking price. I definitely recommend Tina when your thinking of putting your house on the Market!!

"Tina is an amazing person and realtor! This was my first experience buying a home and she was amazing from start to finish! She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every thing and answer all of my questions.
