"Steve was so helpful and friendly. He understood that rel estate purchases were new to me and did not suggest that I should know things that I didn't. He even provided a list of places for me to change my address, who to call to have the heat / hydro turned on etc.
He was patient and never made me feel that i was pestering him.
I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an agent.

He cares about what the client is looking for, wants to make sure they find the perfect house, and would not push the client to buy something that was not right for them just to make a sale. After purchasing our new house, Steve was the only option to sell our old house. He did not push for us to get it on the market, he understood we wanted to make sure everything was in tip top shape before listing.

"I had originally thought I would buy another condo apartment. Steve spent time showing me two apartments in one building. I did not get good feed back about this building. After some time I heard about the new apartment building where I am now living. As house prices went up I was able to get a good price for my condo which enabled me to afford this place. Steve listened to me and did not push me to see other places.
He was patient and understanding of my needs and always let me take to lead in approaching him.
When I finally made to decision not buy another condo he was most helpful in selling my condo at 213 Sydenham St..
I always felt comfortable with him as my agent and that he had my best interest in mind.
