"I have had dealings with realtors in the past so was not expecting the service that I received from Natalie Gauvreau. From the first meeting to discuss the sale of my home, to Natalie and her husband physically attending in my home to stage it (utilizing many of her own possessions) thus ensuring that the online pictures captured all the good qualities of my place, to daily checking in with me, Natalie truly heard what I was saying and listened to my wants and needs. During the sale process and subsequent purchase of my new home Natalie was with me 100% of the time making the whole process as stress free as possible. Another quality that I truly appreciated was that Natalie attended at my home whenever there was a showing, inspection and the like which made me feel very comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend Natalie Gauveau to anyone who wants a professional, caring, attention to detail, handholding (lol) realtor whose conduct throughout the process was very professional, informative and most of all patient."

"Looks like we are in a buisy market today . with a lot of buying of places and a definite need for rental real estate . I would like to Buy a few more rental condo's with the help and expertise of Mary and Natalie at Homelife realty
I went to see many condo places with Mary Manning . I almost bought a 2 bedroom on Tim's Road Abbotsford . Ended up buying a newer condo on 46289 Yale road Chilliwack . My goal is to buy a few rental condo's and rent them out for appreciation value . So Far , So Good !
Natalie Gauvreau was very powerful with excellent knowledge of Legalities with Real Estate . I especially appreciate the background strata checking, making sure on building code on special levies , building specifications , legalities and the kindness related to in the negotiations."

"Natalie Gauvreau emailed me many condo possibilities to choose which condo's I wanted to view. She answered all my questions on a timely basis and set up appointments to view.
She seen that the closing date of my acreage was going to be a potential problem with the transfer of money so she called my listing realtor and changed the dates which allowed the transfer to go smoothly.
She set up an inspection of the unit for me as I did not know who to call.
I had complete confidence in her many years of experience acting as a realtor that the transaction would happen in an orderly manner. I enjoyed working with Natalie and would recommend her to anyone who is buying/selling."
