"I was very worried moving forward with the purchase of my new home as I did not have the luxury of being physically present for many of the processes I would normally be there for. Because of this, it was extremely important I be able to have full confidence in my agent, as well as knowing I was working with a business partner that could really understand what it was that I needed and not an agent that was motivated by the goal of a quick sale.
My situation became a bit more complicated when I found myself in a multiple buyer situation. Luckily, Giedre was able to negotiate myself and my offer into first position and I was able to successfully close on my home.
