"as I wrote to Craig Stelzer in my thank you note, I had to clean out our family home as my mother has been placed in long term care and then organize the sale...there was enough stress and emotion involved that I wanted an agent that I felt comfortable with, who I could trust to guide me through the process to a successful conclusion. Having worked with Craig Stelzer many years ago, I knew he was that person.
Polite, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, professional, respectful so totally describe Craig. The Craig Stelzer I know puts 100% into his profession, he has a passion for what he does that does not translate into being a pushy salesman but someone who is sincerely interested in giving you the knowledge to make a confident decision, and it is his knowledge you know you can trust. My mother's house sold quickly and above asking, what's not to like.

"I didn't know the first thing about selling our home so I took the opinion of a co-worker on Craig Stelzer's performance when she was looking to buy a house and chose to send him a message to see what he could tell me about listing my house. Craig made an appointment with us and on that first appointment he did a walk through of our home so he could return for the second appointment with a market analysis of what we could potentially sell our house for. I was impressed with the research he had done and come up with in regards to what our house was worth based on the market and ways we could get top dollar for our home if we were to do a few inexpensive repairs to attract buyers. If someone would show interest in purchasing our home he would keep in touch with their realtor until they were no longer interested or happened to find something else. After every viewing Craig would send us feedback on all the likes and dislikes people had. Having this information allowed us to reassess if we should address the concerns to help with the sale of our home and in our case having the feedback and correcting concerns that previous viewers had in my opinion helped to sell our home.
Craig was always available by phone, e-mail and text anytime of the day.
We also used Craig to buy our new home. I appreciated when we were viewing homes how Craig would point out any flaws he would notice and tell you if he felt the house was priced right and present any offer.
My husband and I would recommend Craig Stelzer to any friends, family or co-workers in the future and if we were ever to sell (hopefully not for 20 - 25 years) and buy again we would ask Craig to be our Realtor.
