Chris is so professional and has been so honest with us while looking to buy a house in Lethbridge that we asked him to help us sell our house in Calgary. We admire him greatly and would recommend him to relatives and friends without hesitation.
There was an issue with the sprinkler system and the jacuzzi tub and Chris, as usual, had our backs and contacted the sellers' realtor to have them fixed and ensured that we were protected in our contract by adding a clause to our contract to holdback some money to ensure that it was dealt with prior to closing. Honestly, Chris really has our best interests at heart and we are grateful.

"Chris was fantastic. He not only sold my house in the time frame I wanted and during the outbreak of covid19 as well. Chris put me at the top of the appropriate range for sale price and got my full asking price. He kept me in the loop, gave advice as per staging and had his own photographer. His selling fee is the lowest around and I think it would be ridiculous to pay a realtor more than what Chris asks; it's a fair price and he does a good job as well. During poor economic times or not, anyone would do well getting Chris as their realtor."
